Hi Vincent,
Okay, try this out. Go onto your desktop. Now with nothing selected,
press the application key and go to personalize. Now tab over to "desktop
icons" and press spacebar. In here look in the list for recycle bin and press
the spacebar to select. Now tab to ok and press enter. Now alt + f4 and see if
you now have a recycle bin icon on the desktop.
Paul.

Hi Vincent,
You are most likely not in the "classic start menu" mode.
1. Tab to the start menu button on your windows vista machine or
use some other means to land on that particular button.
2. Press the application key and arrow down to properties. Now
press enter.
3. Now press the down arrow to move to classic start menu and
press enter key.
The job is done, and you will find it easier to navigate around windows
menus from now on.
Paul.
