Hello Elaine,
follow these steps.
1.hit the talks button and then press star, which is under number 7.
2. press soft key 1,
3. arrow down until you hear register,  and press the   joystick in.
4. now you will find your inei number along with your code for talks. I am
assuming you have talks on your phone. Bert
