[vip_students] pop-up message in outlook express

Hi list members,
Can anyone help with the following problem- When reading messages inOutlook
Express, I occasionally get the following pop-up message "Microsoft Office
premium dialogue, please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office,
premium progress bar, 0 %" I usually exit out of this and am then able to
continue reading E-mails. Any help appreciated.
