Hi Mike,
I had this problem before too. Not sure with which phone though. Albert
Browne advised me about turning off the keypad tones and this helped another
problem as far as I remember too.

Hello there,
When I try to put in a new contact or just dial a number that is not in my
contacts Talks does the opposite to what it should and stops talking.
I get about four numbers and then silence. Any suggestions please it's not
a life threatening problem, but the phone could have an accident!!
