Hi Susan. Try going in to settings, connectivity then bluetooth and seeing if
bluetooth is turned on. make sure that the visibility option is set to shown
instead of hidden on both phones, then they should find each other. then try
rerunning phone switch.

Hi. You need to go to menu, settings then in to phone switch on both handsets
and follow the on screen instructions.
