Hi Maureen,
Try maximising the folder window that your mails are in. Use left alt key
plus space bar to open the menu then down arrow to maximise and press the
enter key. See if this helps any.

I keep my tutorials in a folder. For the past few weeks jaws will not read
the subject line. That means I have to open every tutorial to see what it
contains. I tried alt and v down arrow to maximise and enter, but it did
