Susan,
It sounds as if you do not have your messages arranged to view by date. Is
there an option to let you arrange the list by date, from, to, etc.? The
viewing ascending and descending may be in a different menu from the
"arrange by" menu such as "current view" in Outlook.

your emails are coming in between 211 and 212, in stead of the bottom of the
list which is 230, hop this makes sense.
