Hi Edel, is it the case that the three of you are using the one inbox and can
see each others messages or is it a work mailbox? Like what I am wondering
here is that do you not have your own log in on the PC and then if you log out
can the other two not log in seperately at different times thus having their
own inbox with their mails in it and having their own sig pop up by default?
Cheers, Nicky.

Hi Paul / Joan Ann
Thanks for that. I want to create three different signatures in Microsoft
outlook as there are three of us using the same account at work which is a bit
of a pain.
Regards
Edel..

Hi Edel,
Well I can only speak for Microsoft Outlook and if its this application,
then yes y ou can. I would have to take a look at outlook express but perhaps
someone else using it can advise us about this.
Paul.

Edel..
