thanks for those words of encouragement, i was just thinking what about some
instructions to do a defrag? or is that the same as a disc clean up?

Hi Susan,
If you followed the instructions to the letter and you got no errors then you
did real good girl. Well done, keep practicing so you don't forget it. A disk
cleanup should be performed at least once a month.
