[vip_students] Re: changing font in excel cell rows

Hi Seoirse,

Try the following:

1. Arrow down to the row you wish to change the font on.

2. Press and hold down the "shift key" and then press only once the
"spacebar" remove your hands fom the keys after this.

3. NowNow you have just selected an entire row of information. If you wished
to select a column then you would use the "control key" instead of the
shift key.

3. Now press the application key and down arrow to format.

4. Press enter key on format and you will be into a series of pages giving
you different sets of options to change within your spread sheet.

5. Use keys "control + tab" to jump to the "font sheet for example. Here you
can use the tab key and then the arrow keys to change things like "font
size, styles and size". When you are finished just tab to the ok button and
press the enter key.

Tip for jaws users; If you wish to know what kind of font, style and size
your typing is producing, then place the cursor onto a letter or number
which you have typed in and just use the keys, "insert + letter F". Jaws
will speak out to you the Font and other details of your typing.

You're done.
