Pauline,Your mistake was installing iTunes 10. Otherwise you need to upgrade both your JAWS and Internet Explorer.

Sorry if this has been covered before.I have internetexplorer 7 and Jaws 8. One month ago I installed Itunes10 and since then when browsing page appears to dissappear and I am back on desktop.
