I think the best thing for you is to uninstall Itunes version 10,
and reinstall the old version of itunes 8

Don't know if this will help but I have Jaws 11 and XP so sometimes that kind of thing happens to me, email for exxample! 

I just alt and tab back to the email for example and all is well again!
Now some guru on this list may provide you with a more professional solution and all that to that problem; don't have iTunes, well not yet!

I have internetexplorer 7 and Jaws 8. One month ago I installed Itunes10 
 and since then when browsing page appears to dissappear and I am back on
 desktop.  If I am listening to music that still plays.

 Hope this makes sense as it is driving me mad.
