Hi Tony,

Press F9 to raise the volume.  In older versions of windows media Player, 
this was F10.  You can find out the Windows Media Player hot keys by 
exploring the menus there.

I am listening to a great interview with Caroline Casey on line from
Conversations with Eamon Dunphy but unfortunately the volume is quite low!

My laptop volume is fine but how do I alter up the volume for Windows Media
Player?
