Hey Eleanor and Dorothy.

I've been having issue with the lack of knowledge Vodafone have had in relation to Talks and Voiceover, I've complained before and have recently sent another email pointing out the lack of experience their agents have in dealing with accessible phones. I went into them last week wanting a set of eyes more than experience and the person hadn't a clue about voiceover and even less about the iPhone, he changed the voice and other things and it took me ages to put it back the way I had it and I ended up fixing the thing myself. I believe that training is needed on such technologies. I do hope Dorothy you do get your C5 sorted out as I also have this phone and its a grand handy wee yoke bounceable off a wall so to speak.

good luck with it all
yours
Jackie

Hi Eleanor

I have just come up and found your previous messages. I am a bit tired so will have another go with my phone tomorrow.

Thank you very much for all the help you have given me. You are right, the Staff at Voda Fone should be more helpful, they used to be when I got my old N70 phone but now they just can't be bothered.

If I can't get this right, I am really thinking about getting another phone as I am sick of the hassle with them, my phone has been sent away to them more than once and it is an absolute nuisance.

Speak later,

Dorothy.
