Hi Roslyn,
A quick shortcut to change to print layout is ALT + CONTROL + P. It's a nice
quick way to switch to print layout view.
Francis.

Subject: [vip_students] View menu in word
Hi everyone,
Just wondering if there is a way to set your view menu to always open up
documents in print layout view. I receive a lot of word documents via email in
work and each time I open one and not just for the first time it's in reading
layout and I have to change it. It's not a major problem just really annoying
and a little time consuming. Just wondering if anybody had any suggestions?
Thanks
Roslyn
