Yes, Eleanor it's probably a good idea at this stage to contact your MSP. Know that may seem a fob off but really why not do that.Think that mobile broadband is fine and dispute with another list that Skype is not great!
Must try Skype again, but as I say don't really use it. You see depending where you are is important too even in your home!Best too that someone with a fixed line try Skype you as there connection should be (hopefully) fine.
