Even though the streaming breaks up you will find the the file in the hidden
temporary internet files area will be intact. The gaps will not be recorded.
Lucky for us that Jaws happily reads out the filenames in these hidden
folders!

Hi Stuart,
Thanks for offer of tutorial on CD but from what Aedan says there is no
point in my using Skype until Eircom decide to give us Broad Band. In the
meantime I might look at what Aedan suggests and try and save it.
As regards the pauses, they were not long but still they were running
through the whole tutorial.
I must look into this Broad Band further and check if it might be available
through another provider. I heard yesterday that in certain cases where
subscribers were told by Eircom that their lines had failed the test for
Broad Band, they were, in spite of this, successful with another provider.
