[vip_students] Skype Query

In my wisdom I updated Skype to 4.0 and then found there were many
changes including difficulty with access. Now I have read on Skype site
that 4.0 is not yet accessible for blind or visually impaired users and
we should continue to use 3.8. Do I have to uninstall Skype 4.0 and then
install 3.8 or is there any other way?
