[vip_students] Outlook Express

When I open Outlook Express I get that window which shows up the writing of 
Outlook Express etc, what I would describe as being like a front cover.  I just 
want to be able to open Outlook Express and see all my folders, Inbox, Outbox, 
Sent, Deleted Etc.  Now I know this has something to do with Layout and Views 
but search me if I can remember what I need to tick.  Doubtless someone will be 
able to assist.
