[vip_students] Outlook

I am running Windows 7 and wish to import my contacts.  How can I do this 
please?  I also want on another machine to configure Outlook and to import my 
contacts and my e-mail accounts.  How will I import the accounts.  They are on 
a machine with Outlook and the Contacts are also.  It would be good to tell me 
how to do both at once.  In telling me how to Configure Outlook I want it 
looking like the Outlook Express where the folders are on my left and it goes 
directly to my Inbox.  No fancy stuff other than than on screen.  Do not want a 
preview pain for instance.  Many thanks.  Much appreciated and oh sorry, while 
I am at it.  How would I import G mail accounts?  At present my G Mail accounts 
are on Outlook Express.  Thanks and sorry for so much all at once!
