  As far as I know, if you are using a gmail e-mail address, you don't get a 
copy of the e-mail that you send to the list.  This may be something that you 
can specify in the settings, can check it out if you like Robbie?

    Now I will finish my contribution to this thread by outlining the steps I 
might take myself if I had your problem!

    Firstly can I say that I had a problem the weekend with my Office product 
giving me an error message!

    I don't know what might have caused the fault but a friend suggested that I 
do a repair and it sorted the prob for me!

    Now I wouldn't know the cause of your problem, but I wonder if you would 
consider unsubscribing from the list and resubscribing using the same email 
account or perhaps
    another! 

    There is also the option of contacting tech support to see what they might 
have to say about the matter!

    You could ask your ISP too, but perhaps you could contact the moderator off 
list and request him to take up the matter with freelists on your behalf, 
should he consider that that be the way to go! 

    Anyway if that's not passing the buck I don't know what is!! [smile]

      No worries sure I'm so busy myself these days that I get little time to 
look at my own non work related e mails , I hope you enjoyed your holidays.
      This list is the only list I'm involved with so I dont know if my e mail 
would be effected on another list. I wouldn't think so if I am not the only 
individual having this problem.
      I haven't got a notion why this is happening. Did Brian have any thoughts 
of why his e mails are not appearing?

this list in to your inbox is baffling indeed!

        I thought that it might be only one or two not appearing, as I'm sure 
that we all have had that on this or other lists and in general!!

Freelists which I am on too!

                    I suspect that it is probably a problem with Freelists!

                    Trust that the issue will be shortlived!

                    Sometimes for no unknown reason emails can "get 
                      lost in sibr space."

                      A tip that if you are going to be sending important 
emails to other than email lists that if you don't get a response promptly, 
follow it up!

                      Trust you are all enjoying the "spring like weather" we 
are having this evening, certainly in the Capital!

                      It is "peeing" cats and dogs and with sometimes thunder!
