In Outlook Express with the message closed, i.e. you are at the Inbox, then
highlight the message.

Alt+M and then I cursor up or down depending on my moode to where it says
block sender.  It will then ask you if you want to block sender and if you
are sure.  It will also ask you if it should remove all e-mails from that
particular sender now?  These e-mails are not deleted but go in to your
Delete folder from where you can then delete them again.  Sometimes one can
make a mistake and block the wrong person.  If this happens you can then ask
us how to unblock them!!!

For example, I do not wish to read all the e-mails I personally write to the
list, so I have myself blocked, if you see what I mean.  If ever there is an
error and I have blocked the wrong person, I can quickly check before
deleting the e-mails.  I do not read every deleted e-mail but I can quickly
run up and down the list checking names and subject.

Hope this helps.  Someone else might have another idea of course.
