Hi Eleanor, This interface uses Google translate and can translate some 50 Languages into 50 languages, including irish. Accuracy is less than perfect, but useful. It came as manna from heaven to me as I am having trouble contacting a Spaniard who has no English. Maestro translate worked a charm on a txt file I made first. I note that it doesn't handle .docx or rtf or doc files. So I dumped the message out to a txt file and it worked a charm. The interface is beautifully simple. Thanks for the manna! Kind regards Aedan. -----Original Message----- >From: vip_students-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:vip_students-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of John O'Regan Sent: Thursday, March 10, 2011 5:36 PM To: vip_students@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [vip_students] Re: New Release of MaestroTranslate Dear Paul, Glad you find it useful. I don't do much translating, so I haven't used it myself. But I'm reliably informed it's very accessible. Btw, there's also a Twitter client called Qwitter specifically written for VIPs and NVDA 2011.1 was released a few days ago, enjoy, John
