Hi Stuart,

Nokia 6600. That would be brilliant!
Many thanks,

Loretta

Hi Loretta,

What model Nokia are you using?

I can suggest a couple of things, one being to try a different profile and
the other to perform a warm reset, which will not delete any of your data.

If you let me know the phone model first I will send you the necessary info.

Stuart.

Hi Edel,

No worries all ideas are welcome. As a matter of fact now that I have
compared the memory on the phone to the card it looks like my contacts are
still stored on my phone. I do remember it saying copying and then it said
memory full at the time. Also I am beginning to think that the problem is
with the age of my phone and nothing to do with the storing of my contacts
at all.

All suggestions are welcome,

Loretta

Oh

My thinking was that you had stored the names with ring tones etc on one
memory but were using the other. I'll have to bow out here as I don't know
why that would be. Are your contacts listed? It seems strange but I'm sure
someone will have an explanation. Good luck!

Edel..
