Eleanor,

It would be ok as a link, as long as you're writing to him privately. 
Freelists interprets certain words in list messages as command words, 
wherever they are placed in a list message.

Oh OK Flor, I presume I need to do that when I tell him.  Would have thought
it would be ok LIKE A LINK.  I do not know if any of you know Dave Byrne, I
do not but have come across him on another list.  He lives in Dublin and
appears very anxious about wanting to purchase a mobile phone and one with
Talks.  He is looking on a low budget from what I can tell.  Anyone have any
ideas of somewhere in Dublin, a vodafone shop that would be able to help
him.  I will pass on the address anyway and I am sure he will turn up on the
list even over the weekend.
