From the message list, press alt-v. Then right-arrow into the submenu, up-arrow once to View messages By Conversation and then press enter to uncheck it.

Hi All,

My brothers problem has rectified itself.
Now I have a problem in OE. I seem to have 'collapsed' something but not sure what or how to fix it. When I land on an email JAWS says 'collapsed' and there does not seem to be as many emails there as before JAWS started saying 'collapsed'. I tried in the view menu but can't seem to find anything out of sorts. 

Any help?
