Hello Aedan,
how about creating a new play list and calling it "classical" and then copying the files in to the folder.

Hi Paul and Bert,
I got that to work on a different file. It is as though the first book is
locked in some way, as no change of the info was being saved against it.
Now I have a different problem. A piece of music in three movements, ie
three separate mp3 files is being imported into Itunes library as two
albums, one with the first two mp3s and the other with the third mp3 on its
own. Something in the tags must be causing this. I have tried everything I
can think of the get all three in to the one album in Itunes. They are all
in the one folder in my music folder.
Regards
Aedan.

Hi Aedan,

Did you do the following, this is what I do but I have only done it a couple
of times and it did work:

1.press application key on the song listed in iTunes and select Get Info.
2.On the Options tab, change Media Kind to Audiobook.
3.press spacebar on OK.
iTunes should move this item from the Music section of your Library to the
Audiobooks section, but the name and location of the actual file won't
change.
Paul.
