[vip_students] IE/OE

Hi All,
Trust this makes sense!
I am using mobile broadband which is just tricky to open and close, so am
wondering if I close internet explorer and Outlook Express for a couple of
hours at any given time can I be at any risk not to then close off the
mobile service's modem ZTE?
I'm assuming that as IE and OE are then closed that I may be okay but have
my doubts too!
Anyone know?
That is the only question I need an answer re that.
