Perhaps you might discuss this with your work IT administrator, (if there is one)? Is any kind of firewall or spam bblocking being used at your work end?

Hi all

I have someone trying to email me at work for the last week from a @live.ie account but am unable to receive his emails at my work address nor he mine. so I used my own personal email address and it's working fine.

He says he can send and receive to everyone else fine. Can anyone throw any light on this, neither accounts are eircom accounts and I haven't blocked his address as far as I am aware and if I have, how do I unblock it?.

If anyone could throw any light on this for me I would be most grateful.
