Hi Irene, Try the below; 1. The list is found under "Tools", so while in your inbox, press keys "alt + T" to open up the tools menu. 2. Now press the down arrow to "Message Rules" and then right arrow in here. 3. Now move to and Select "Blocked Senders List" by pressing enter key on it, this will open the Message Rules pop-up window. 4. Now press keys control + tab to jump to the Blocked Senders tab which brings the list to the front. 5. Select the email you want to remove by arrowing through any blocked email addresses you may have in there already and then tab key over to the remove button. Use spacebar to remove your address from the list and you then go to ok and finish.
