Thanks a million for trying to solve my problem. As I said I was
complicating things for myself and the simple method just did the job for
me. I kept searching the Help topic and it sparked of a few ideas and so

I knew that there had to be a solution somewhere, somehow!
I often forget that the menus including tools are oftten "life savers" in
many instances!
