that turns talks off completely. try it this way. if you go to your talks settings by pressing talks key and the star key under the number 7 it brings you to these settings then arrow across once and you should here advance tab then arrow down until you hear mute on key lock press the select key to change this. hope this helps. as far as saying its a good phone i really dont think so.

Hi Breege, To stop talks talking you can press the Talks key and then the delete key which is the raised one on the right. Now when you wish to start Talks again just repeat the key actions with Talks key and delete. Enjoy it as it is quite a good phone!
