Hi Nial,
Just download and install the file from the below link and you're done, it
will put on the latest version for you of flash. You will be asked if you
wish to run this item so just click on yes and you may be asked a similar
question to run a second time, if so again just answer yes. When the
installer completes you will have a "Close" button, just press spacebar on
this button to finish.
