Hi Paul

Thanks for the info. Do you think this could be the problem if a new version of 
Jaws is installed? The reason I ask is that I think the boy I volunteer with 
has a new version of Jaws installed. I'll check his laptop when he gets back 
from his holidays. Can you send the instructions you mentioned in your last 
email? Thanks.
