[vip_students] A duplicant Jaws

Hi All,

I dropped my laptop the other day and now I have jaws duplicating itself with one slightly after the other!

I hit or hold down control and that seems to stop one of them.

How can I get just one Jaws again?

Now yesterday I couldn't access my mails but now I can so the laptop is in recovery hopefully.

Please assistance
