I used the 'normal' site at
www.channel4.com
When I clicked on an episode to watch of an on-demand programme, i was
told that
'the service is not available in your area. Click here for our help
Section.' The tech help reveals that Ch4 is 'geo-blocked, meaning that
it's not supposed to be available to non-UK IP's or addresses.

You can watch programmes on the Channel4 website outside the UK and the
site
is quite accessible.

Seems odd since channel 4 has nothing to do with the bbc.
