Hi Maria, it is possible that the attachment that you think is in the mail didn't actually arrive. I have seen this with mails before when it says there is an attachment but there isn't. Isn't that to do with an image or logo or something like that? Just get back to the public appointments service to your relevant section or just phone them on 8587400 and I am sure they will send it again to you.
