[vicsireland] file management and jaws

hi all
am doing the ecdl file management module
have been asked various about files in a folder
e.g. the four smallest files
to arrange the files alphabetically
to count the files including the hidden files etc etc
if I put the view in list mode
jaws will only read the name of the files and subfolders 
how do i get jaws to read the size and type while in list view and also how do 
i autoarrange the files first and folders and vice versa
any help
