correct Susan.
It is something like an update of outlook express. and Ctrl C will bring you into contacts then to add a new contact ctrl N. and tab away to your Heart's delight. I wiped my Vista laptop completely on Friday. Still don't know what happened. But lucky enough I had a lot of the documents saved.
Do we ever learn?
Mike.

Hi Susan
I don't know a thing about Windows Vista but, he could try Control Shift and B to see if that will bring him to the address book. This works for outlook express in windows XP.

Hi Susan,

For the classic desktop:

1. Tab to the "start button" and then press the application key.

2. Arrow down to properties and press enter key.

3. Do a "control + tab" to jump to the "start menu page."

4. Arrow up or down to "classic start menu"

To further enhance the classic desktop:

1. While on the desktop with nothing selected press the application key.

2. Arrow down to "personalise" and enter key.

3. Tab key to "themes" and press enter.

4. Arrow down the list of available themes to "classic". Tab to ok and
you're done.

Paul.
