Hi maureen, I think you have to do what Paul suggest; and it had occurred to me, as well. But we needed to rule out (or in) the involvement of something extra. Do you have another version of JAWS other than 7 on your computer? You might use this to do the rcomplete removal of JAWS7 (since, as I understand, as you use ME you will not have Windows narrator to assist you.)
