NCBI have been developing a relationship with Vodafone over the last five years, in the main relating to accessible mobile telephony, but also to help develop some of our services, particularly for Children and family support. They are aware that difficulties exist accessing some of their on-line services and I understand that their website is currently undergoing a complete makeover. I will contact them to try and get some more information on this to see where exactly we are. In the meantime, any further feedback or problems that people experience when using Vodafone's website or indeed their service in general would be useful to hear.
