Ciaran, From a personal point of view, I learnt a lot on Saturday. Even this morning, I had occasion to put some of the actions into practice, and guess what, hay presto. Also, it was nice to meet some of the people that I normally would see on the list. In conclusion, well done and thanks to all. The day was a great success, with one of the highest turnouts in terms of trainees we've ever had. A broad set of topics were covered, including for the first time those relating to low-vision users. A special word of thanks to Derbhile Dromey for making this happen. Having the Seven Oaks Hotel as the venue worked perfectly, well done to Nicky Kealy for organising this. Also thanks to all the trainers who gave their time on the day; Darragh, Emma, Louise, Declan and Esmond. It was a pleasure to bring a training event to the people of the south-east. If anyone has any feedback, be it positive or negative, we'd be delighted to receive it. Please feel free to pass it on to myself, or to any of the individuals mentioned above. Looking forward to the next one already... Cheers, Ciaran Ciaran Ferry Web & e-Services, ESB ICT Group, 27 Lwr Fitzwilliam St, Dublin 2, Ireland.
