Hi everyone.
I'm using a laptop with windows 10 and office 2007 with internet explorer 11
and the NVDA screen reader. The laptop has a 1 terrabite hard drive and 8
gig of ram, so, it's pretty powerful. Also, my hard drive is by no means
full. In fact, I don't think I've even used a third of it's capacity yet.
My problem is that whatever programme I use, the machine seems to be very
sluggish and often freezes. When this happens, NVDA stopps speaking and the
only way I can get it back on track is to press alt, control and delete to
log out and then sign in again. I've done the obvious like scanning for
viruses, disk clean up, disk defrag etc, but nothing has changed. Can anyone
help.
Thanks
Damien.
