To access your recycle bin:
Go to the desktop (hit windows key + m)
Hit R until you get to the Recycle bin and hit enter on it.
To recover the file:
Make sure your memary stick is in the computer.
The recycle bin is just like a normal folder.
Go to the folder you deleated, hit the applications key over it and move to
the restore option and hit enter.
alternativly, you could copy and paist the file out of the recycle bin.
Please reply if I didn't make any of this clear.
