Hi Mark,

Well,  once you've done it  once  I'm  sure  it wouldn't seem complex.

Just had a look at the forms  again,  and  there are problems  with the
labeling  of  the number  of adults, children and infants   combo boxes in
the initial  search form.  This  seem to be  a common problem  in  a lot  of
booking engines.

Then when you  come  to the personal details form  its terrible.  Now  I
think  its layed out  as a table   but  there is  no association between
labels  and  form elements.

As I say,   If you are used to  this sort of thing  its no big deal,  but
for a novice   user it would  be  daunting  to say the least.

Were the form issues to do with things like unannounced labels and  
prompts or dodgy combo boxes, or was it just the overall complexity of  
the process that would cause difficulty for some people?
