Hi, Paul,

I used the Aer Lingus site around a month ago to book a flight to Geneva for
a meeting next month. After reading your email I checked it and it has,
indeed, changed a lot ... and for the worse.

I went through part of the booking process to see how difficult it would be.
I got through to the point of having the dates and times of flights
displayed but it is much more awkward than the old site. The flight
information is no longer in tables so it is a bit more awkward to go through
that as well. It is not impossible, just unnecessarily harder.

I also checked the accessible site that existed up to recently. It has
disappeared.

If you don't know where you're going,
How will you know when you get there?

That's useful to know thanks Gerry. I also had terrible trouble with the
Aer Lingus site in recent weeks. It sseems to have changed quite a bit since
I last used it.

Season's Greetings to all on the list and a hassle-free technology
experience in 2016.

Paul

Hi,

No, it's not just you.

The old site is still available if you prefer that one.

Hi All,

Is it just me or is the new Ryanair website actually worse than the old one?
I've just been trying to use it in Internet Explorer on a Windows 7 PC,
trying both Jaws and NVDA, but can't get anywhere!!

Anyone else had any luck with it?

Regards,
Dave
