Hi Nicky,

Booking assistance is now done on line when you make your booking. No need
to call them any more. I have never had a problem checking in on line
either, just give yourself plenty of time.

Yes, you can not check in at the airport are closed so doing it yourself is
the only way unless you have someone do it for you but then there is the
booking of special assistance and stuff like that to contend with.
