Hi Tim,Yes, I have. It happened the first time two weeks ago, and since then, I have re-started the computer again and again, have checked the Internet Explorer version, have fixed my JAWS version and have tried to work with different cursor settings. Nothing makes a difference.
I wonder could it be that some of the security updates for the Internet Explorer cause the problem. But then, I would not see why. On my laptop, the same updates must have come through, and I do not have any problems there.
The other reason why I think it has to do with JAWS is because for my partner nothing has changed and he can still use the internet as if nothing had happened.

Hi, I presume you have restarted jaws/your computer since this started to happen? Nothing has changed there. In fact, nothing seems to have changed anywhere on the system. Best wishes Melanie Melanie Pelka 13 Domville Grove Killiney Hill Road Killiney, Co. This should be available by hitting alt + h to go to the help menu and then hitting enter on 'about ...'. The reason why I am still using these old versions of both JAWS and the Internet Explorer is because they seem very reliable--well, they seemed very reliable, but now things have changed. Lately, I have had problems with thiscomputer. When I now open the Internet Explorer, I can only see the line:"Google homepage", but nothing happens when I press arrow-up or arrow-down. My boy-friend, however, who is sighted and therefore using the same computerwith the mouse, can still work with the Internet Explorer and nothing haschanged for him. With STRG+O I can go to "open" and enter a website address, and by pressing enter I get to this page, but I will again only see the top of the page and won't be able to navigate. I have already tried to fix the JAWS version, but it has not have any effect on the problem. Any ideas? With best wishes Melanie Melanie Pelka 13 Domville Grove Killiney Hill Road Killiney, Co.
