Hmmm,   Any chance you could check the version of Internet Explorer you are
using?

This should be available  by  hitting alt + h to go to the help menu  and
then hitting enter  on  'about ...'.

Hi Tim,

I am not sure if I have done the right thing. I have opened Internet
Explorer, and then I have pressed the JAWS key and Z. Nothing has changed.
