Hi Tony,

I believe we have suggested Group messages By Conversation before, which you 
could
turn off by hitting enter on it in the current Views  subMenu.  If you 
haven't done
already, go to the top of the message list with ctrl+home, then hit ctrl+u 
for next
unread message.  You will be informed if there are no unread messages in the
folder - go to the next folder with unread messages?  [Yes/no buttons; the
choice is yours which to click.]  If there is/are still unread messages, you
will be taken to the first from the top; then after that read, ctrl+u if 
more unread, and repeat as necessary.  Refresh the screen with the JAWS 
command Insert+escape.

Hi All,

When I have emails totally  dealt with read in Outlook Express the system
tells me that I have for example two or more emails to be read!

Any assist would be greatfully appreciated.
